Job summary

face2face Recruitment is seeking an experienced Procurement ERP Architect to lead enterprise ERP modernisation across multiple platforms, with a focus on SAP procurement. The role drives future-state design, migration planning and strong governance of procure-to-pay processes.

You will assess existing systems, define requirements, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to realise standardized procurement processes and clean data migrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement ERP architecture or solution leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP procurement and ERP platforms.
• Expertise in procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier and contract management.
• Experience in ERP transformation, solution design and requirements gathering.
• Understanding of ERP integration, data migration and process standardisation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing procurement systems, including SAP and supporting platforms.
• Define future-state requirements and support solution design and migration planning.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise procurement processes.
• Assess system integrations, data quality and migration requirements.
• Validate solution designs against business requirements and operational needs.
• Identify procurement risks, dependencies and implementation considerations.
