Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading procurement and contract management in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of NSW Government procurement policies and processes.
• Ability to develop procurement strategies, plans and supply arrangements.
• Strong commercial judgement with experience in negotiations and evaluations.
• Ability to provide authoritative advice across diverse internal stakeholders.
• Experience developing contract management plans with governance and KPIs.
• Understanding of procurement governance, probity and financial management.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning, sourcing, evaluations and negotiations.
• Establish supply arrangements and detailed contract management plans.
• Monitor governance, KPIs, risk, supplier performance and benefits tracking.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders across procurement activity.
• Promote compliant, value-for-money procurement practices.
