Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a Procurement Operations Enablement Manager to drive change, communications and adoption of procurement initiatives across the business. You’ll partner with stakeholders, design enablement resources and lead workshops to uplift capability.

Based in Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to influence major infrastructure programs and contribute to Australia’s cleaner energy future within a collaborative, safety‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change, communications, training or enablement across complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication, translating complex information into clear content.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration at all levels.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and cross-functional forums.
• Tertiary qualifications in change management, communications, business or project management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication, change and adoption activities that support the successful delivery of Procurement initiatives.
• Design and deliver engaging communications, training and enablement resources that build understanding and capability across the business.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to identify impacts, understand needs and ensure people are supported throughout the change journey.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and working groups that drive collaboration, alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor stakeholder engagement and adoption outcomes, using feedback and insights to continuously improve approaches.
