Job summary

West Moreton Health is seeking a Procurement and Contract Coordinator to support the strategic procurement function. You will assist with complex tactical procurement, contract management, and stakeholder engagement within a healthcare environment, collaborating with clinicians and suppliers to deliver outcomes.

About the roleThe Procurement and Contract Coordinator reports directly to the Manager Strategic Procurement and provides assistance with complex tactical support in the delivery of the West Moreton Health (WMH) strategic procurement function.You'll bring:Experience across the full procurement lifecycle in a medium to large organisation.Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Q-Contracts/Open Windows highly regarded.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A commitment to continuous improvement, quality outcomes and workplace safety.The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What sets this role apart is the opportunity to combine procurement, contract management, stakeholder engagement and project work within a strategic healthcare environment.Mandatory Requirements:Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16There are no mandatory qualifications or requirements for this position.
