Duxton Pubs is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a driven Procurement & Commercial Analyst to join our team in this newly created role. If you're passionate about turning data into strategic business decisions and want to help shape the future of hospitality procurement, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to build something from the ground up. As our Procurement & Commercial Analyst, you’ll work across our group to improve how we buy, manage suppliers, and make commercial decisions. You’ll help us understand where we can be smarter and more efficient — from pricing and purchasing to supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse purchasing and commercial data to deliver clear, actionable insights;
• Develop, maintain, and enhance periodic procurement and commercial reports and dashboards;
• Monitor and track procurement savings, contract compliance, and spend leakage;
• Highlight issues and support action plans to drive continuous improvement;
• Maintain and improve purchase order and pricing systems;
• Support supplier reviews, business cases, and commercial planning;
• Support the team with insights into market trends and consumer behaviour to inform procurement and commercial strategy; and
• Design and implement practical, user-friendly digital tools and templates to support procurement and commercial execution in venues and operations.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field;
• 2+ years’ experience in Procurement, Commercial, Finance, or Business Analytics roles;
• Strong data skills, including Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and experience managing large datasets;
• Proficiency in Python or similar tools for analytics and automation;
• Demonstrated ability to deliver insights and build dashboards/tools that support decision-making;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams; and
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude—hospitality or procurement experience is a bonus.
