A leading steel processing company is seeking a Processing Programmer Scheduler in Dandenong South. The ideal candidate will coordinate steel processing jobs, ensuring they are accurately scheduled for production. A minimum of 2 years experience in steel processing is required, alongside a strong understanding of workflows. This full-time role offers opportunities for training and growth.
Steelforce is seeking a motivated individual to join our Dandenong South team in a Processing Programmer Scheduler role.
As a Processing Programmer Scheduler, you will be an essential part of a high-performing team at the core of our sales and production operations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position where you will coordinate the flow of steel processing jobs from customer enquiry through to on-time delivery.
You’ll work closely with our internal sales, operations, and processing teams to ensure every job is programmed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and ready for production all while keeping customer satisfaction front of mind.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (hours are flexible).
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build your expertise in steel processing coordination and technical sales support. You will play a key role in improving machine utilisation, reducing errors, and contributing to our processing revenue.
You’ll be supported by the Steelforce leadership team with on-the-job training and ongoing mentoring, along with opportunities to grow your knowledge of ERP systems, scheduling, and steel production workflows
