About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated Process Workers to join our client's production team on both AM and PM Shift. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for someone with a great attitude who is eager to learn and build a long-term career.

Duties include

• Operating production machinery
• Using measuring tools to ensure product quality
• Meeting daily production targets
• Performing quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures and work instructions

Essential Skills & Experience

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is advantageous but not essential

Applicants must be willing to undergo the following:

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)
• Provide a minimum of two recent, relevant and contactable employment references
