George Weston Foods is seeking reliable Process Workers to join its DON production team in Castlemaine on day and afternoon shifts. This full-time, hands-on role supports production, packaging and quality control in a fast-paced meat processing environment.
You will work on the line, handle packing, operate equipment (training provided), follow safety procedures, and contribute to achieving daily targets within a team.
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our production team on day and afternoon shift. These are full-time positions offering stable, ongoing employment. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment, responsible for supporting the production, packaging and quality control of our products.

You must be available for full‑time hours and willing to complete a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening. Full on‑the‑job training is provided.
