Job summary

One Harvest Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a production line worker to support fast-paced FMCG manufacturing. You will help ensure quality, operate in a cold room (2°C–4°C) and work closely with a team to keep machines running smoothly.

In this role you will handle repetitive manual tasks, comply with food safety standards, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. Shifts include early starts (e.g., 3:00 AM) with varying finish times based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older for health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI's
• The role is manual and repetitive in nature therefore physical fitness is a must
• Previous experience within FMCG or Manufacturing is highly desirable
• Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport
