Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Process Worker to join our Hygiene team on nightshift at our food manufacturing facility in Caboolture, QLD. You will perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain high hygiene standards across the site.

Reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, you will follow detailed instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and support a right-first-time cleanliness mindset within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning within food manufacturing, assembly, or processing environments
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and meet hygiene targets
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to a ‘right first time’ clean
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and hygiene best practices

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitation tasks across all areas of the site
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements

About the role

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Process Worker to join our Hygiene team at our facility on nightshift. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of visual and microbiological hygiene are consistently maintained across all areas of the site.

Reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, you will carry out a wide range of cleaning and sanitation tasks aligned with our Quality Management System and in compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
