Job summary

Pace Farm Pty Limited in Melbourne is seeking a reliable Process Worker for our busy egg grading floor. You’ll pack eggs into cartons, stack pallets and operate production equipment as part of a friendly, multicultural team.

Join us to help maintain top-quality products and food-safety standards. Full-time or part-time options with consistent hours; penalties apply and shift hours run from early morning to afternoon.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 15 kg safely on a regular basis.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and support teammates when needed.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

About The Role

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Process Worker to join our friendly, multicultural team at Pace Farm. Working on our egg grading floor, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our eggs are packed and prepared to the highest standards. Your day will involve packing eggs into boxes, stacking pallets, operating production equipment and working alongside a supportive team to keep things running smoothly.

Working Hours & Employment Options

• Full-Time: Sunday to Thursday (5 days per week)
• Part-Time: Sunday to Wednesday (4 days per week)
• Shift Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Penalty Rates: Applicable penalty rates in accordance with the relevant award.

As Our Process Worker, You Will Be Responsible For

• Pack eggs into cartons and boxes, and stack finished products onto pallets.
• Operate production equipment, including denesting machines.

If you've worked in food production or manufacturing before, that's a bonus, but what matters most is your willingness to learn, work hard and be a great team player.
