About the client:
Our client is a global market leader in manufacturing and supplying quality blinds in Australia.

We’re looking for hands-on Blinds Assemblers to join our team in Rydalmere, NSW. If you enjoy practical work, using tools, and working with precision, this role is for you.

About the Role

Assemble blinds step by step (cut fabric, prepare roller tubes, install bottom bars and rolling mechanisms)

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Read and follow assembly diagrams and instructions

Operate machinery to cut and fasten fabric onto roller tubes

Install chain or spring rolling mechanisms

Inspect blinds to ensure smooth operation and proper alignment

Pack and label finished blinds for shipping

Shift timing - Mondays to Thursdays 5 am to 1:30 pm and Fridays 5 am to 11 am

What We’re Looking For

Previous assembly experience (manufacturing or similar)

Confident with hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

Ability to read and follow instructions in English

Physically fit (some lifting required)

Availability Monday to Friday

Performance targets:

  • Week 1: Assemble 1 blind per hour
  • Week 2: 2 blinds per hour
  • Week 3: 2.5 blinds per hour
