Job summary

Hakka Foods is seeking Process Workers to join our production team. We offer full-time hours on a casual basis, with opportunities to work across different shifts in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude. Safety, quality and teamwork are valued as you contribute to daily production targets and maintain clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in hot and/or cold environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts when required.
