G. James Glass and Aluminium is seeking a Process Worker for our Eagle Farm site, rotating across day, afternoon and night shifts monthly. You’ll operate extrusion process machinery and support extrusion press operations, with full training provided to develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.


• Some manual handling experience and confidence working with process line machinery with some physical, repetitive tasks.


• Comfortable being on your feet all day in a fast‑paced environment.


• Mechanical aptitude or an understanding of basic mechanical processes is highly regarded.


• Machine operation or production line experience is also highly valued.
