You will manage day-to-day plant runs, including control room activities, isolation and permitting, and contributing to safe procedures while ensuring a safe work environment.

Lynas Rare Earths has an opportunity for an Experienced Process Technician to join our team at the Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF).
The Kalgoorlie REPF is a key strategic platform for critical mineral production, blending pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical process in an Australian first, mineral processing plant.
We’re looking for an experienced Process Technician ideally with Control Room experience, to join us on our journey and expand their processing knowledge.
This role, which reports to the Processing Shift Supervisor, will be responsible for the day to day running of the processing plant, taking ownership of operating areas through the shift.
Our various areas will include kiln operation, leaching, reagent handling, water treatment, filtration, waste gas and control room. This role will also include some management of the various processing bulk materials used throughout the processing plant.
Lynas is proud to support the Goldfields sustainability. This role is offered on a Kalgoorlie-Goldfields residential basis only, working an even time 7/7 rotating roster of day and night shifts, 12 hour shifts.
