How You Can Make a Difference

Are you passionate about optimising processes, improving efficiency, and supporting revenue growth? We are looking for a Process & Systems Coordinator (Revenue Operations Coordinator) to play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing documentation, and supporting best practice adoption across our revenue team.

Working closely with the Executive Officer, Revenue Operations, you'll lead process development, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration to drive efficiency and support the Philanthropy team in transforming donor management systems.

Based in Brisbane, this position is being offered on a maximum-term full-time basis till 28 Nov 2025.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & implement standardised processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Refine & maintain process documentation to improve clarity, efficiency and compliance with best practice.
  • Assist the Philanthropy and Research teams in optimising donor management workflows and developing philanthropy proposal templates and tools and supporting procedures.
  • Support revenue operations projects by enhancing processes, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and other change communications to support process adoption.
  • Use project management tools to track progress, manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align process improvements with organisational goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience developing, writing, updating and maintaining policies & procedures.
  • Experience in supporting process improvement & managing documentation in a structured environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement & collaboration skills, with the ability to support change adoption and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools & CRM/donor management systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
