Job summary

Cockburn Cement is seeking a Process Operator Maintainer to join our Kemerton Operations team in Wellesley, WA. This hands-on role covers operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Hydration and Milk of Lime Plants, on a 4-panel roster: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and 4 days off.

You will work with safety systems, perform sampling, QA, fault finding and ensure production continuity while supporting quality outcomes and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial processing, manufacturing, mining or bulk materials handling with safety focus.
• Ability to operate and monitor complex plant equipment with quality control.
• Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, monitor and optimise Hydration and Milk of Lime Plants.
• Conduct product sampling, testing and quality assurance activities.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
• Safely load and dispatch Hydrated Lime and Milk of Lime products.
