Job summary

Cogent Resources has a client in the pharmaceutical sector seeking Production Operators for Day and Afternoon shifts in Sydney. The role is in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, requiring adherence to recipes, quality controls and safety protocols.

You will measure ingredients, load materials, operate mixing equipment and complete batch documentation. Successful applicants will have prior production experience, strong attention to detail and be able to work Monday to Friday with

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or process work
• Experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is advantageous
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
• Good communication and teamwork
• Willing to work Monday to Friday
• Must withstand manual handling and physical work
• Available for overtime when required
• Must have full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Measure and dispense ingredients according to production specs
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Operate and maintain mixing and packing processes
• Complete batch documentation
• Pack and palletize products in a temperature-controlled environment
• Clean and sanitize machines and report issues
• Follow GMP, HACCP and safety procedures
