Job summary

Cogent Resources is seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators for a well-established Australian food manufacturing business currently based in Revesby, NSW, with relocation planned to Villawood. The role is Monday to Friday Day Shift from 6:00am–2:00pm, with overtime and potential permanency.

You will operate production machinery, dispense and batch ingredients, and perform quality checks in a GMP/HACCP compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production or dispensing equipment.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Dispensing or batching experience is advantageous.
• Reliable, safety-focused and physically capable.
• Willing to relocate to Villawood site when relocation occurs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and processing machinery.
• Dispense, weigh and batch ingredients accurately.
• Set up and adjust machinery as required.
• Follow recipes, production schedules and work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Complete production records and paperwork.
• Meet daily production targets.
