Job summary

Karlayura Group is seeking an experienced Process Operator for FIFO work on a balanced 8:6 or 7:7 roster, with an immediate start available. You will monitor plant performance, operate processing equipment and help ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

Experience with fixed-plant operations and instrumentation, plus a strong commitment to health and safety, are essential. The role is based in Western Australia and requires full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring processing plant equipment
• Conducting regular plant inspections and identifying faults

• Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation
• Working closely with maintenance and other site teams

The Role

As a Process Operator, you will play an integral role in supporting the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant. You will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, operating equipment and identifying any issues to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience with fixed-plant operations, control systems and instrumentation is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
• Ability to identify and respond to plant issues
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous FIFO experience will be highly regarded
