Job summary

Glencore is seeking an experienced Process Manager for Ulan Surface Operations, overseeing coal processing and water management from ROM through train loading and export logistics. The role requires leadership of Superintendents, Engineers, Supervisors and Operators, driving production targets while upholding a high safety culture and company values.

The Opportunity

Ulan Surface Operations Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Process Manager . Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all coal processing and water management operations including but not limited to Run-of-Mine (ROM) from receival through to train loading, export logistics, operation of reverse osmosis plants, complex pumping infrastructure and storage dams.

In this leadership role, you will drive production and quality targets while championing a high-performance safety culture built on teamwork, personal accountability, and core company values.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Superintendents, Engineers, Supervisors and Operator/Maintainers.
• Developing and mentoring co-workers.
• Maintain a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
