Job summary

Sonder is recruiting private practitioners to support youth mental health services, with flexible hours and full administrative support. The role includes managing intake, bookings, reminders and backfilling cancellations to keep your calendar full while delivering high-quality therapy.

Applicants should hold AHPRA/AASW registration with Mental Health Accreditation, be eligible for MBS billing, and have Working With Children and National Police Checks (or be willing to obtain them).

Qualifications

• Eligibility for MBS billing
• Passion for working with young people
• Current Working With Children Clearance & National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, bookings, reminders and backfill cancellations to keep calendars full.
• Deliver high-quality therapy for youth (12–25) in line with headspace/Sonder standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision as required.

  • Social worker – 6 clients per day = $523*

  • Psychologist - 6 clients per day = $596*

  • Clinical Psychologist - 6 clients per day = $871*
