Job summary

Qualifications

• Warm, thoughtful, ethical and evidence-informed practice.
• Experience as a private practitioner or seeking greater independence.
• AHPRA registration and professional ethics adherence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments including clinical interview and diagnostic formulation.
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans based on client needs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, ACT, DBT, RO-DBT) as trained.
• Collaborate with GPs, psychiatrists and other professionals to promote coordinated care.
• Maintain detailed clinical records, case notes and reports.
• Engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Manage a flexible, capped caseload while maintaining ethical, client-centred care.
