We provide a beautiful, professional consulting space, handle bookings and invoicing, and offer flexible hours. You’ll work within a collaborative team with peer case discussions and optional supervision, enabling high-quality clinical care

Qualifications

• Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist (registered with AHPRA)
• Warm, thoughtful, ethical and evidence-informed
• Experienced private practitioner or looking to build your own practice with greater independence

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviewing, diagnostic assessment, risk assessment and formulation.
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans based on client needs and clinical presentation.
• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions across a range of presentations, trained in CBT, ACT, DBT, RO-DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain detailed, accurate and timely clinical records (case notes, plans, risk assessments, reports).
• Collaborate with GPs, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, families and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Participate in peer consultation, case discussions and clinical collaboration within the team.
• Engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Manage a flexible and capped caseload while maintaining quality, ethical client-centred care.
• Complete clinical and administrative requirements with administrative support to focus on clinical work.
