Job summary

Curae Co Pty Ltd is seeking a Personal Support Worker / Lifestyle Support Assistant to support a private client on the Gold Coast in their home and community. The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, and supporting daily activities to enable independent living across a four-week roster.

Experience with disabilities and strong communication are essential; shifts may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, with travel within Australia as required and expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for clients with disabilities in a client-directed environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and transferring.
• Qualifications in disability, ageing or healthcare; CPR/First Aid.
• Current Yellow/Blue Card and Australian passport or working rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in the client’s home.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Support community activities and accompanying client on travel as needed.
