Job summary

Envigor is hiring Lifestyle Support Assistants / Personal Care Workers to help clients live confidently at home across the Gold Coast region. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support with travel required. A focus on wellbeing and compassionate service drives every day in this dynamic home care team.

We offer paid orientation, EAP, uniform allowance and five weeks annual leave for full-time staff, with pathways for learning and development through our online platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or aged/disability support preferred.
• Respectful and professional boundaries with clients.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: showering, dressing, medication assistance, continence care.
• Domestic assistance: meal prep, laundry, light cleaning.
• Social Support/Transportation: accompany to appointments and activities.
• Assisting with aids and mobility devices (frames, wheelchairs, hoists).
• Monitor client wellbeing and report changes.
