Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years external audit experience with private clients or owner-managed businesses.
• Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple engagements.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of external audit engagements tailored to private clients.
• Mentor audit teams and foster quality and efficiency throughout the audit process.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with private clients, understanding their business structures and needs.
• Identify and assess financial and control risks, developing audit strategies accordingly.
• Provide practical advice on financial reporting, governance, and regulatory requirements for private entities.
• Drive continuous improvement by embracing innovative audit methodologies and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address complex audit issues and deliver client-focused solutions.
