You will drive transaction execution from origination through structuring and completion, partner with senior investment leaders and external stakeholders, and contribute to portfolio management and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience for Associate, 6-10 years for VP in private capital, private credit, or related areas
• Experience within an investment bank, private capital platform, or consulting firm
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with ability to manage complex transactions
