Job summary

InfoTrack is a leading SaaS technology innovator in Sydney seeking a Privacy Specialist to support privacy and fraud management across all products. You will work across Product, Technology, Security and Legal to implement ISM controls and drive accreditation programs.

You’ll engage in privacy-by-design reviews, incident triage, risk assessments and governance material development to mature the Privacy, Fraud and Security capability within InfoTrack.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating privacy management and fraud control functions (PIA, data breach responses).
• Strong understanding of Australian privacy, fraud, risk and security obligations including ISM/PSPF.
• Experience implementing and improving management-system processes (PIMS/FCMS).
• Ability to assess product changes for regulatory/compliance impacts and governance.
• Hands-on contributor with delivery of multi-stream projects; IAPP membership and Vanta experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support accreditation and regulatory compliance by maintaining privacy and fraud evidence, documentation and sign-off records.
• Support day-to-day privacy management framework (PIA support, ROPA maintenance, incident triage).
• Support privacy-by-design through review of changes, consent monitoring and disclosure requirements.
• Support fraud management framework including risk assessments and incident investigation.
• Develop privacy and fraud awareness, metrics and annual compliance reporting.
• Maintain PIMS/PCMG and FCMS/FCMG documentation and tooling with cross-functional teams.
