The PPCNs will undertake project management tasks, including monitoring and reporting progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and building capacity and driving cultural change through engaging staff and key stakeholders including families and carers. These steps will be critical to ensuring sustainability of the PEACH Project beyond the funding.

The program involves collaboration with Local Health Districts and other external partners, as well as SCHN treating teams and departments such as SCHN Diversity Health, Refugee Health, NDIS Transition Coordinators and Aboriginal Health.
