FindStaff is seeking multiple Factory Labourers for a leading printing and manufacturing site in Silverwater, NSW. The role starts as casual with full-time hours and offers a clear path to permanent employment for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of repetitive manual handling.
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of stock, reels and finished products.
• Loading, unloading and moving pallets throughout the factory.
• Supplying machinery with stock and materials.
• Assisting Printers and Machine Operators
• Monitoring product quality and identifying defects
• Operating pallet jacks and other equipment once trained
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all WHS policies and procedures
