Responsibilities

How you’ll make a difference:

• Act as a discipline lead for multidisciplinary rail design projects with a focus on station and corridor design integration, and mentor junior team members
• Coordinate across rail, track and civil disciplines to solve complex design issues aligned with client expectations across multiple projects
• Drive digital engineering practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across design teams
• Build strong relationships with major Australian rail clients (e.g. Sydney Trains, Sydney Metro, ARTC)

Qualifications

The qualities that help you thrive:

• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong emphasis on leading trackdesign and project delivery
• Proven ability in design leadership, coordinationand integration across multiple rail disciplines on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in track design tools PRT (prerequisite) and OpenRail
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; CPEng or equivalent (e.g. MICE) preferred
