Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Principal Digital Product Architect to guide architecture decisions and align technology roadmaps across enterprise and product streams. You will shape architecture governance and drive senior stakeholder engagement to enable major transformation programs.

Based in Perth on a 12-month contract, the role offers a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days from home, focusing on enterprise-wide alignment of products, platforms, and digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Principal Architecture, or Lead Architecture roles.
• Define and execute technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge across business, application, information, and technology architecture domains.
• Experience leading architecture governance and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programs.

About The Role

You will be responsible for guiding architecture decisions, managing technology roadmaps, and ensuring enterprise-wide alignment across products, platforms, and digital capabilities. As the Principal Digital Product Architect, you will provide strategic architecture leadership across critical business and technology initiatives

Essential Experience

Highly Desirable

• Utilities, Energy, Mining, or Oil & Gas industry experience
• Exposure to Field Operations, Workforce Management, or Asset Management environments
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP programs
• Understanding of customer service or customer connection processes within complex organisations
