With 10+ years in Residential Aged Care, you will oversee projects, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to NCC and Australian Standards using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite for pitches.

Qualifications

• Architectural registration in Australia highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

• Secure Projects: Identify market trends, track pipelines, and win new work in the Seniors Living/Residential Aged Care sector.
• Networking: Act as a brand ambassador, attend industry events, and maintain relationships with developers, operators, and consultants.
• Bids & Tenders: Lead high-quality project proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), and pitch presentations.

Project Delivery & Team Leadership

• Project Management: Independently manage daily project operations, consultant coordination, timelines, budgets, and outputs.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior staff while maintaining design quality from concept to completion.

What They Are Looking For

• Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with a solid track record in Residential Aged Care. Architectural registration in Australia is highly preferred. Health sector experience desirable.
• Business Acumen: Established industry network, client-facing confidence, and a proven ability to win bids.
• Technical & Software Skills: Advanced Revit skills, high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) for pitch materials, and deep knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and a strong presenter.
