This hands-on technical leadership role will support two funded programs, including a major cyber resilience initiative, and involves coaching engineers while delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
- Strong hands-on Apex and LWC experience.
- Strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and APIs.
- Good understanding of secure engineering and DevOps practices.
- Ability to coach engineers while remaining hands-on.

We're working with a large Australian financial services organisation looking for an experienced Principal Salesforce Engineer to join an established engineering team.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role supporting two funded programs of work, including a significant cyber resilience initiative.
You'll work within a cross-functional squad, remaining close to the technology while providing technical direction, reviewing solutions and coaching other engineers.
- Hands-on Salesforce engineering and technical leadership
- Design and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions
- Technical design, code reviews and engineering guidance
- Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
- Integration work across MuleSoft, REST APIs and connected services
- Support security and vulnerability remediation across the Salesforce platform
- Work closely with Architecture, Security, Cloud, Data and Delivery teams
- Support strong CI/CD and engineering practices
