Job summary

Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (CRRDA) is seeking a Principal Delivery Sequencing Advisor – Rail Possessions to lead planning and sequencing of major rail possession programs. The role coordinates long closures across agencies, ensuring milestones align with the Cross River Rail program while managing risk, issues and competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating planning and sequencing within a complex program environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate into clear planning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and sequencing of major rail and infrastructure delivery activities through extended track closures.
• Work with senior representatives from Queensland Rail, Department of Transport and Main Roads, project teams and construction contractors to plan and deliver complex closure programs.
• Assess competing project requirements and develop integrated solutions balancing operational, customer and construction outcomes.
• Prepare governance submissions, business cases, risk assessments and recommendations to support executive decision making.
• Facilitate working groups and planning forums to progress critical delivery milestones across the Cross River Rail Program.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies and provide advice on delivery impacts and mitigation strategies.
