Job summary

Homes Victoria is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead the redevelopment of high-rise tower sites, delivering under the Government's Housing Statement. You will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on project delivery.

You will provide pro-active leadership, oversee consultancies and contractors, coordinate procurement, budget, contracts, risk and reporting, and engage with Councils and authorities to progress the projects.

Job description

The Principal Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the redevelopment of Homes Victoria high-rise tower sites in accordance with the Government's Housing Statement.

The Principal Project Managers will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership, oversee and manage consultancies and contractors involved in design, documentation and project delivery and work with key stakeholders including Councils and authorities to progress the projects. This includes coordinating procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, construction contract administration, stakeholder management, reporting and risk and issues management.
