The Information Services branch (ISB) at Brisbane City Council are seeking multiple visionary and experienced Principal Project Managers to drive delivery excellence across our strategic ICT portfolio. To do this, we’re building a pre-identified talent pool of interested and capable candidates to be considered for current and future opportunities.
A pre-identified talent pool is a database of suitable candidates for potential consideration for specific vacancies.

The selection panel will review all applications and advise on suitability to join the pre-identified talent pool. Specific vacancies will not be advertised internally as the pre-identified talent pool will be the primary sourcing channel for vacancies within the next 6 months. Where high demand continues, re-advertising for suitability to join this pre-identified talent pool will occur every 6 months.
Selection from the pre-identified talent pool for specific vacancies will be in line with HRP001 Recruitment and selection.

Information Services branch (ISB) supports and enables nearly all of Council’s day-to-day activities and services through efficient, flexible and innovative ICT solutions. We lead the ICT strategy that supports the business objectives of Council as a whole, as well as information management and ICT service delivery in Council.
As a Principal Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact digital initiatives that support Council’s vision for a connected, sustainable, and innovative Brisbane.
