Musicalchairs invites applications for a permanent full-time orchestral musician to join the ABC Brisbane ensemble, commencing after a six-month probationary period following the stated start date. The role offers a salary range of 95,978 AUD to 101,352 AUD per year, plus 12% superannuation, instrument allowance of 1,376.55 AUD, and clothing allowance of 440.00 AUD per annum.

Tenure:

Permanent full time, subject to successful completion of a 6-month trial period, to commence after 5 July 2027

Salary range of $$95,978 - $101,352 plus 12% Super. In addition, you will a receive instrument allowance of $1,376.55 and clothing allowances of $440.00 per annum. QSO also provides a comprehensive instrument insurance scheme, health and wellbeing programs and the Orchestra enjoy generous leave entitlements that include five weeks annual leave plus a paid mid-year break of a minimum of nine days.

Eligibility:

This position is open to Australian and New Zealand citizens and those with Australian permanent residency status.

Date and time: Wednesday the 21st of April 2027. Between 9am and 5pm (AEST).

Location: ABC Brisbane, 114 Grey St, South Bank, Queensland

Selection Process:
