Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide technical leadership across teams.
• Experience with design control and full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through manufacturing release and launch.
• Act as a technical mentor and team leader for junior engineers.
• Collaborate with global teams to support product launches in international markets.
• Define engineering requirements and lead design reviews.
• Lead risk management activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
