Job summary

Principal Level P1 - Lilli Pilli Public School

Lilli Pilli PS is in the southern suburbs of Sydney on the surrounding shores of the Port Hacking River. All programs at Lilli Pilli Public School are underpinned by a Student Wellbeing Framework which aims to realise the school's mission that 'Everyone Matters'. The school caters for the individual needs of all 318 students, supported by a strong Learning Support Team that works across its two sites. Despite this, the school has a very well-developed K-6 ethos, fostered through leadership programs and an inclusive philosophy in educational goals, professional development, school planning and evaluation. The staff is committed to educational excellence and strives to provide high quality learning experiences. 4. Ability to lead and manage the development and performance of staff to improve teaching and learning

5. Ability to plan systems and manage resources effectively and equitably to enhance teaching and learning

6. Capacity to lead staff in implementing the Department's Aboriginal education policy and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

The classification and remuneration of our school principals is based on school complexity, as measured through each school’s RAM allocation. As part of the ongoing application of the new structure a review of thresholds and outcomes will occur on an annual basis.The principal classification for this school is Principal Level P1 for 2026.
