• High level educational leadership to lead a complex public school
• Ability to develop and implement rigorous and inclusive whole-school programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the school community
• Experience in leading staff performance and professional development
• Ability to plan systems and manage resources to enhance teaching and learning
• Capability to implement the Department's Aboriginal education policy and drive outcomes
