Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive investigative and legal services to the Board.
• Principals lead complex investigations, dispute resolution processes and the prosecution of criminal and civil matters.
• Principals supervise senior lawyers, lawyers, investigators, paralegals, and administrative staff in the delivery of Board objectives.
• Provide high level advice and reports to senior management and members of the Board.
