Versent is seeking a Principal Engineer - Modern Work to lead complex Microsoft 365 transformation programs. This hands-on role focuses on designing and delivering large-scale tenant migrations, M&A integrations, divestitures and digital workplace transformations.

You will work with customers to solve challenges across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID, guiding solutions from strategy through migration and optimisation.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 consulting and architecture experience.
• Expertise across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Experience leading migration and transformation programs.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Hands‑on technical capability combined with strategic thinking.
• Highly desirable: experience with Defender, Copilot and Copilot Studio.

At Versent, we’re looking for a Principal Engineer - Modern Work who combines deep Microsoft 365 expertise with strong architecture and delivery leadership. This is a hands‑on role focused on designing and delivering large‑scale tenant migrations, M&A integrations, divestitures and digital workplace transformations.

You’ll work directly with customers to solve complex challenges across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID, leading solutions from strategy and architecture through to migration, cutover and optimisation.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture, design and delivery
• Drive large-scale tenant-to-tenant migrations, consolidations and separations
• Design coexistence, cutover and migration strategies for complex M&A programs
• Provide technical leadership across engineering teams and customer engagements
