In this role, you’ll collaborate with commercial, project management, engineering, and design leaders to plan, develop, and operate a diverse portfolio of projects, while supporting the growth and development of the team. You’ll play a key part in building design capability, strengthening client relationships, and integrating with our Global Integrated Delivery centres to enhance delivery capability and meet targets. Your responsibilities will span managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring compliance with Jacobs’ standards and client quality requirements, articulating and delivering Digital Engineering and BIM solutions, and fostering a project culture aligned with our values. You’ll oversee design deliverables, manage budgets, support tenders and proposals, and lead effective project teams, coaching and mentoring talent to build capability across the organisation. Safety in design, client responsiveness, and consistent leadership will be at the heart of your work, as you role model Jacobs’ Culture of Caring and help us anticipate and exceed client expectations.
