TAFE SA is seeking a Principal Consultant, Organisational Development, based at Light Square campus, Kaurna Country in Adelaide. You will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development and learning strategies to boost performance and culture while aligning with strategic priorities.

The primary purpose of the Principal Consultant, Organisational Development is to lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a range of organisational development and learning and development strategies and programs to build employee, team, leadership and organisational performance in line with TAFE SA’s operational and strategic needs and foster a diverse, inclusive and dynamic culture which drives high levels of engagement and accountability. The incumbent plays a key role in the organisation by providing strategic support and expertise to build organisational capability.
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
