Job summary

TAFE SA is seeking a Principal Consultant, Organisational Development, based at Light Square campus, Kaurna Country in Adelaide. You will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development and learning strategies to boost performance and culture while aligning with strategic priorities.

You will partner with leaders to implement data-driven HR programs, drive engagement and continuous improvement, and ensure inclusive practices across the organisation.

  • Proven HR experience in organisational development, learning and development, people programs and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, implementation and evaluation of organisational development and learning strategies and programs.

The primary purpose of the Principal Consultant, Organisational Development is to lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a range of organisational development and learning and development strategies and programs to build employee, team, leadership and organisational performance in line with TAFE SA’s operational and strategic needs and foster a diverse, inclusive and dynamic culture which drives high levels of engagement and accountability. The incumbent plays a key role in the organisation by providing strategic support and expertise to build organisational capability.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven Human Resource experience in organisational development, learning and development, people programs, and change or transformation initiatives, delivering projects and engagement activities that support business priorities.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels with exceptional communication and engagement skills.
  • Lead and deliver strategic people and culture projects, successfully managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Champion employee engagement and continuous improvement, partnering with leaders to solve complex challenges and drive organisational success.
What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
