A leading consulting firm in Australia seeks a Principal Consultant / Technical Data & Analytics Lead. The candidate will lead migration projects on Databricks, engage with stakeholders, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong skills in Databricks, SQL, and Python/Scala, along with a proven record in architecting data solutions. Atturra Data & Analytics is looking for a Principal Consultant / Technical Data & Analytics Lead to own the journey from legacy silos to a unified lakehouse on Databricks. You’ll steer presales conversations, facilitate discovery workshops, shape target architecture and guide a high performing engineering team that turns raw data into trusted insight. This role is a 6-month contract to start, with a good possibility of extension. This is an open location; working in an Atturra office or on the client site (as needed) is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. You MUST hold a minimum of a Permanent Residency Visa to be considered.
