The Principal, Client Implementation & Engagement will be the primary interface between the business and its clients. This role is suited to a former litigator with a strong interest in AI and technology who can bridge the gap between legal practice and product deployment.

About the Role:

Client Onboarding & Implementation
  • Lead onboarding programmes for new clients, including initial configuration, workflow setup, and deployment.
  • Run live and virtual training sessions for lawyers, ensuring adoption across litigation teams.
  • Develop client-specific rollout plans that accommodate firm structures, practice areas, and case types.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client matters, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with lawyers, practice group leaders, CIOs, and innovation teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise value from the solution.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for deeper engagement, cross-practice adoption, and long-term growth.
Feedback & Product Development
  • Capture client requirements and pain points and feed them back into the product and development team in structured ways.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine features and workflows.
  • Contribute to playbooks, case studies, and client success documentation.
Workflow Design & Enablement
  • Assist in mapping legal processes into the solution’s workflows.
  • Translate complex litigation needs into intuitive system configurations.
  • Support clients in integrating the solution with existing tools and platforms.
About You:
  • Legal Background: Qualified lawyer with litigation experience (minimum 2–4 years PQE preferred).
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in AI, legal tech, and process improvement.
  • Training & Facilitation: Comfortable running workshops, demos, and training sessions for groups of lawyers.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Skilled in managing client relationships, handling feedback, and navigating firm politics.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to translate between legal requirements and technical solutions.
  • Growth Mindset: Able to spot opportunities for broader use of the platform across matters, practice groups, or firm-wide initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functional with product and engineering teams.
  • Passion for transforming legal practice through technology.
