Job summary

Sure Step Training & Consultancy partners with OneSchool Global to recruit the Campus Principal for Melton Campus, Victoria. This is a senior leadership role with no classroom teaching, enabling focus on educational leadership, people development and campus culture.

As OneSchool Global’s largest campus in Victoria, Melton sits on a 4.8-acre site serving 200+ students with strong facilities. The role spans strategic direction, governance, and community relations within a global network.

As OneSchool Global’s largest campus in Victoria, Melton holds an important position within the Victorian and wider Australian network. Set across a generous 4.8-acre campus and serving more than 200 students, the school combines exceptional facilities, a strong and positive culture and an award-winning approach to teaching and learning.

Located just 47 kilometres from Melbourne CBD, the campus serves families across Melton and surrounding communities, including Ballarat, Geelong, Sunbury, Werribee and greater Melbourne.

This is a dedicated leadership position with no classroom teaching responsibilities, providing the opportunity to focus fully on educational leadership, developing people and continuing to strengthen an already thriving campus.

The Opportunity

As Campus Principal, you will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership across Melton Campus, building on strong foundations while continuing to strengthen teaching quality, leadership capability, culture and student outcomes.

About You

We are looking for an accomplished educational leader with substantial leadership experience within a school environment.

You may already be a successful Principal seeking a new challenge, or an experienced senior leader ready to step into Principalship.
