• Proven ability to lead and manage teaching using the College’s Signature Pedagogies.
• Strong focus on student wellbeing and pastoral care.
• Excellent classroom practice and behaviour management.
• Demonstrated faith-driven professional conduct in a Christian school setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Year Group teaching using ACC’s Signature Pedagogies.
• Ensure students are safe, cared for and developing good character.
• Liaise with teachers, leadership and parents to meet learning and pastoral needs.
